Yes. You'll go into starvation mode and destroy your metabolism. You won't ever be able to lose fat again, your hair will fall out and you'll go blind. If you hurry up and eat back 3x your workout calories, there's a tiny chance you can stop this from happening. The human body just wasn't built for exercising twice in one day. jk0

The CDC says you can split up your workout as many times as you want in a day so long as you do at least 10 minutes at a time and it's actually better to spread out the workout.
