Paleo Diet

Have any of you tried the paleo diet? Looking for feed back if any of you have tried it or know someone who did.

    i started Paleo 2 weeks ago, but am starting to run out of ideas :/ but tbh its felt great being on it, first day i was ravenous, but now i feel that i have 795837498374983748 more energy! im looking for more paleo friends so feel free to add!

    I lean towards Paleo ... No grains, no legumes, little cheese, no sugar, no processed stuff.

    I've been doing it for months after starting MFP on the standard "low fat, watch your calories" plan, which resulted in hunger, deprivation, obsessive exercising for hours and very little fat-loss progress.

    It works well for me ... I don't get hungry, energy is good, I eat filling nutrient-dense food, I don't have to exercise as much (never mind 'work out'!) and I drop fat into the bargain. Not bad for a previously metabolically broken 41 year old :)

    I still have a spoonful of ice cream here and some non-paleo stuff there but the basis of nutrition stays pretty constant ... Meat, eggs, fish, veggies. Lovely lovely dietary fat ...
