Labor Day BBQ Picture Burns My Eyes!

This picture greeted me on facebook this morning like a punch in the gut. The extra weight on me ruins this photo of otherwise happy, beautiful young people. If not for only myself, I owe it to my friends to get fit so I don't go around hogging up their holiday photos with my eye catching fatness.
I suppose I don't know what I'm asking for from any potential support system here. But I know I need one. I know I don't want to spend the rest of my 20's turning photos sloppy. I know the modern accepted definition of 'diet' is not one I could ever subscribe to, and that truly my success would come from real will power and consistency.
I guess, that's it.
