Hello, I'd like to incorporate strength training and lifting into my diet and exercise plan, right now I do cardio about 4 to 5x a week along with a mostly clean diet and always stick to my calorie intake. How and where do I start? thanks so much!

well, 4-5x week leaves 2-3 times empty. You can add it there, or replace 1-2 cardio days with strength training.

Lots of ways, just have to figure out what works best with your schedule.

It's not hard, just don't overthink it. If you've got time, why not go lift?

I wouldn't mind adding a day or 2 of strength training but I don't really know where to start either.

I just recently started incorporating strength training into my routine. I do cardio 3-4 days a week, and 2 days a week, do weights. Some people like to break it up and do weights one day, cardio the next, but I like to do them together. I have straight cardio days, and cardio/weight days. Hope I helped. Good luck
  • My gym has strength classes so i do those along with step aerobics. It is amazing how much strength training can change your body... people thought i lost alot of weight but it was my body tightening up in all the right places. I do strength classes three times a week
