Dirty Girl

so last night some of my friends and I signed up for our first 5k... the dirty girl mud run... with lots of upper body obstacles... I AM SO FREAKIN NERVOUS.. it's not a timed event and we're basically going to push ourselves and just have a good time... it's at the end of october... any tips for training during the next month? i work out as often as i can, but ever since school kicked in again i haven't been as consistent at the gym...
