I've been eating too much, and I mean things I shouldn't...like chocolate (not one portion, TWO). I don't really go to the gym. I don't know what's up with me. And I feel gross. Disgusting. Fat. And that makes me anxyous and hungry again...

start going for walks,...it helps me to clear my head,pray,or just have some quiet,...maybe journal,writting stuff down helps too! dont give up,luv yurself enough to fight~best wishes0
