Serious Lifters

Hi I'm kinda new, and have been using MFP for about 2 weeks now, and I'm liking it so far. Counting calories has never been so easy. Basically I like working out a lot and I'm dedicated to what I do. I lift weights 3-5 times a week, depending on the workout split I'm doing. Right now I'm trying to shed some fat from my recent 9 month bulk so I lift heavy and do moderate cardio 3 times a week. I've been training for almost 5 years so I pretty much know my way around when it comes to training, nutrition and supplementation.

So I'm looking for people who share the same interest as I do. People who can add something to what I already know or maybe someone who is also into bodybuilding.

I just don't wanna lose weight, that's easy. I wanna be shredded.

    I don't find you cute - but I am also a lifter. You'll find most of MFP is full of binge/crash dieters, women who starve themselves and fast, and follow fads like "lemon cleanses"
    Your best is to join a group and mainly stick to the group forums such as "Eat more to weight less' and boybuilding groups.
