Help! Need Dinner for Overnight Hospital Stay

Hi!

I am staying overnight in the hospital, and I eat my dinner at 9pm.
I need to check in at 7:30 pm.

Any ideas for a High Protein, 400 calorie meal that does not need warming up nor need refrigeration? By high protein, I mean 40 grams or more.
