Great strength training regiment for building up core

Hey MFP friends. I am currently trying to lose about 60 lbs, yet I have successful lost about 32. Because I have lost a great deal of weight I have now start to see the results of my hard work. My body is getting smaller and I want to start building up a stronger core and get a 6-pack. My question is, are there any workout regiment that will successfully help me gain a six pack in a short amount of time?? Any advice will be appreciated.
