Hi :D 19 year old girl trying to get fit

So I'm 19 and have about 11 pounds to lose before I'm at my normal, usual weight (I was depressed a few months ago and the pounds gained from stress eating have been stubborn as hell). I don't actually care about the pounds as long as I get more fit and toned. If I'm more or less than my goal weight but look good and feel great, I'm happy. I started the 30 day shred today and so far really like it. It wasn't that hard for me since I work out a lot anyway, but I'm sure levels 2 and 3 will kick my butt.
