New routine...need some guidance

With school starting my workout routine needs to change. I currently do 630a. Now it will be 130p. However I am also going to
do 2 eve dumba classes at 630. I don't usually eat before my morning workout however what would be best to do in this
situation? Afraid that dinner at 8pm isn't a good idea?

    Late dinners do tend to mess up a family. Can you eat a light meal with the family before class and a snack after?

    I do a spin class at 6:30, and it is a tricky time. I generally do a snack around 4:30/5:00 and then eat "dinner" after class. "Dinner" is usually something from my freezer that was previously cooked in the crockpot. But sometimes I'm really lazy and it ends up being cereal or greek yogurt and fruit. Dinner at 8 is really fine, unless you plan to be in bed at 9, then it might mess you up. But as far as the whole "don't eat after __ pm" theory...it really doesn't matter as long as you are meeting your calorie goals for the day. Just make sure you are eating a healthy "dinner" and not grabbing fast food on your way home.
