help with eating right.

I get into a good eating routine and after doing good for awhile, I fall off the wagon. I work out regularly and try to eat healthy. I cant understand why I do this to myself. Anyone else deal with this and how they get thru it???

I've just accepted that this is part of life...it is impossible to eat perfect and workout 6 days a week + keep a house clean, do well at your job, be a good parent, partner friend, daughter etc. Plus you'll get sick or injured. You can't do it all so don't expect to.
I make a goal of mine to workout regularly and plan and prep my eating but I've stopped beating myself up when I slip off. I also don't let myself completly slide out of control either.
Just try not to fall into AONA (all or nothing attitude), and do what you can most of the time. Live by the 80/20 rule...it's a good one0
