Hi... I'm very motivated and committed to regaining my health and fitness. I find I'm most successful when I'm accountable to others and checking in daily.

I have joined the Sept/Dec challenge and my initial goal is 40lbs. This is my first week using fitbit and MFP and I'm down 8.2 lbs.... very excited, happy and motivated. Join me, won't you?

    Feel free to add me :) I log on everyday and always try to comment! My initial goal was 50-60lbs, I've lost 25lbs so far (17 since joining mfp)
