Friday HELP

Okay so on friday i have school all day and then a gymnastics meet in the evening. i'm usually beat by like 7 on most school days.
:( i'm going to be in need of a super energy boost so i can be rearing and ready to go on Friday!! i want to feel NOT bloated, or hungry, or worn out. i planned on eating a larger breakfast and lunch with a light snack and dinner.

Does anyone have any suggestions for anything in particular i should be eating on this day? also, i want to know HOW i should be eating my meals. Advice would be greatly appreciated. :happy:

    Powerbars work really well

    A protein bar or shake would probably do you well. I would definately eat as healthy as possible. You could try a banana also before your meet. They digest very quickly and give great energy.

    Banana or oranges - One ex-gymnast to another. I never liked the taste of powerbars, but Larabar is actually quite god!
