Multivitamin?

Does anyone have a recommendation of a good multivitamin on a college student type budget?

The best way to get your vitamins is to eat them in your food! Vitamins and minerals bind to lipids [fat] which allows your body to absorb those nutrients. If you must take a multivitamin, take it while you're eating a meal to get the most benefit from it. Almost any multivite will do- one a day, flinstones, gummy bears- it mainly depends on what you're trying to supplement. Generics are just as good as name brands. I've been told that prenatal vitamins are actually really good ones for girls our age, but I have a feeling they might be more expensive.
My sources are what I've learned growing up with a doctor for a parent and from taking three nutrition classes. However, I'm not a nutritionist so if someone who is posts something different, you should probably trust what they say, haha.0
