Starting MFP again... Help

Hi All,
I started using MFP earlier this year, lost 6KG (YES!) but quickly lost momentum (partially because of a plateau) but mostly because it was too easy to skip logging when I knew I was having a 'bad day'. I have been lucky not to have put any weight back on, so I must have learned something from here... hence why I have come back.
Any advise on how i can keep at this and not give up again? Thanks
