microgynon 30ed and weight change

Ive been on this pill for about 10yrs and never really put on weight with it untill i went back on it after my daughter and now i cant seem to shift it. Im going to come off the pill for other reasons but wondered if anyone lost/put on weight after coming off it? did you appiite go up/down.
