holiday... didn't gain, wow!

So, last week i went to Barcelona for four days, i was worried about gaining weight but once i got there i decided to enjoy myself and just go back to the healthy eating and excerise once i came back. whilst away i indulged in many tapas, paella, cocktails, sweets etc and when i came home i was still in holiday mode so i gave myself two extra days off and indulged in a pizza express and some other treats.

so, after six days of binging i thought it was time to face the scales, terrified of what they were going to read to me but to my complete surprise i hadn't gained! well i did a tiny bit but i left and i was 141.5 lbs, when i came back and i was 141.8lbs and in the week of being back i have dropped down to 140 lbs

unbelivable.

so it's given me a bit of relief to know that every now and then when i do decide to treat myself, that infact, it's not going to make that much difference and i wont beat myself up about it.

    That's good! Way to just let go and have fun for your vacay. I'm thinking about just letting loose and eating whatever for my 5 day cruise in January but I probably will only do that every other day.

    On another note, I totally binged today (Labor Day) and I hope and I can come out still losing weight by next week's weigh-in!
