Help, need things low calorie!

Okay, So the deal is, my sleeping schedule is messed up. So I'm staying up all night/day to fix it.
And the thing is, I usually have to do this once every 3-4 months. And this is my first time doing it while on my journey.
It's almost 4am and I'm already hungry..Any ideas on what I can eat that won't ruin my calories for today?
I'm willing to go to the store, so feel free to mention anything that is low calorie!
The only thing I have right now that is low in cals is romaine lettuce and watermelon :[

    celery and carrots, chew gum. Put on a work out tape, Read a book. Drink water. All things I have tried when I'm up and can't sleep.

    I find hot drinks of any kind help.

  • Go wild on that watermelon. That stuff fills me up so fast! It also helps me reach my water intake.
