    When I was kid I loved watching Richards show on TV. I always like seeming him on talk shows. I tried his videos a few times in the past and just couldn't keep up. Maybe it's time to try them out again... :wink:

    He is definitely my "guilty pleasure". Even when I don't feel like exercising I can put him in and he puts a smile on my face.

    I am not a huge fan of his workouts. But, as far as a motivator he is tops. Love that guy. I saw pictures of him from his Howard Stern interview about a year ago and he was so muscular. I much different image of him then I had known before. The other thing I love about him is that he is one of the only people who can wear rhinestone outfits and get away with it. Him and Neil Diamond :)
