did I buy a whole bag of Dove peppermint bark this morning???:frown:

I always think I can just eat one here or there but it turns more into the whole bag in a day. I've already had a serving which would be fine since I made room for it in my calories but I'm almost certain I'll want more later in the day.

    Put it in a hard to reach place. Mine is a huge tub on top of my refrigerator that takes a chair or great arm strength to get to. Sometimes, we can help ourselves by making it just not worth the effort. If that fails, can you have someone hold it for you. Or put them into single serving bags so that you can just reach in the bag? Just suggestions I've been trying out.

    You already did well restricting yourself to one serving and making sure you've got calories to spare. Now keep planning when you will eat it, one serving a day, and what you will do to earn the calories. That works for me; hope it will work for you too! :drinker:
