I've never been able to make it in a pan without oil.I think you can do it in a microwave, but I don't have one. I ended up buying a popcorn maker from aldi for about £12 and I love it, quick easy no mess, no oil :-D worth every penny. Esp as I take my own popcorn to the cinema ;-)0

Amazon stock this one for £12.99. Works like dropping corns into a hairdryer lol. So worth the money.

Easy!!! I love my air-popped corn!
Put it a few kernels in a covered glass bowl in the microwave for approximately 6 minutes (no more or some of the kernels can start to burn). However it can be a bit dry without any oil so I add a few sprays of 'Fry-Light' which tends to greatly improve the quality of the pop-corn. Then add some salt and the perfect snack!
I think it works out at around 30 calories a cup.0 -
