My routine calls for YTWLs, which aren't practical for me, what would be a good alternative? I will be back in the morning to check for responses

Not having much luck finding an answer to this on google either, I guess maybe there are no real subsitutes for it? I am going to give them ago again today.0

having never done them, and having no idea what a YTWL is, I googled it..

Thanks for that. I assumed it was really common otherwise I would've mentioned what it was. The problem is I am finding them extremely awkward to do on a swiss ball, and I don't have an exercise bench. I had another go today and still found it quite impractical, but managed it better. I'm not sure that site is going to help with that, however it looks like a lot of interesting information, so i'm going to have a good look at it later. Thanks0
