Low Carb Foods/Snacks

When I first started up I found that I was only eating around 800 calories a day. Started eating more and the weight started to shift. As I have lost weight the parameters of Carbs, Fat, etc changed and now I am having trouble consuming 1200 calories without going over on my carbs.....Anyone know of some low carb/no carb foods that have hardly any fat in them??? Especially something that I could stick in my drawer at work and nibble on should boredom start to set in. :flowerforyou:
