Weigh in today 150.4 lost 3 pounds- yes finally.....off to a good week and with Christmas coming I want to be motivated to keep it off and not gain....20 more to go........I would say this goal is really for the New Year. I hope you all did well too. Go Canada Go!!!! Best of luck.

    138 lbs. I'm still meandering around these late thirties. and im ok with that. trying to, hoping to maintain over Christmas.

    Thanks Jay! Let's keep our post going as Christmas will be rough but I will be dedicated to exercise no matter what the eating will be. Best of Luck everyone. Yes Jay I hear on the stuck in the 30's (though it's not a bad numbers) bit- I am stuck in the early 50's I just need one more pound lost for 40's- my goal is 130- I am happy where I am just want the flexability to be in the 5 pound up and down range that's all.

    Mercury Blue, you are more then welcome to post with the rest of us- We did have a big group but I guess life changes caused people to get away from posting- Hey it's never too late to come back we are here. This site is awesome!!!!

    I do my weigh-ins on Mondays. As of last Monday (after two weeks), I had lost 3.8 pounds and 2.25 inches. Looking forward to what this Monday brings me....

    (Copying this from another thread so I don't have to type it again...)

    So, okay.... it's Monday! Official weigh-in day for me. This morning I weighed and measured myself. The results were.....
    (drumroll......)

    Last Week's Weight: 162
    Today's Weight: 159.4

    Meaning I've lost a total of 2.6 pounds last week. Yay! That almost makes up for the 0.4 pound weight loss of last week. (Boo!)

    I've also lost 1.5 inches since last week. So, since November 23/09, I've lost a total of 2.75 inches and 6.4 pounds!!!!! *happy dances*

    I'm also celebrating these milestones:

    1) As of this morning, I am no longer overweight. I have moved into the 'healthy' BMI category. :bigsmile:
    2) I've reached a point where I no longer find myself snacking or needing to snack on mindless junk. I've also been successful at my water drinking, and am no longer putting tons of juice and diet pop in my body.
    3) I spent 7 and a half hours at my mother's last night making Christmas chocolates with her and my sister- and I only licked one spoon and ate two chocolates! I also managed to keep my calories nice and low for the day. I DID 'treat' myself to some apple juice, which was okay because I burned off those calories making the chocolates- and then some!
    4) I'm wearing size 8 pants! And they're not tight!!!!! Bye-bye double-digits!!!!

    As you can see, I'm very, very happy today. :drinker:
