My name is Tammy, I find I have the most trouble controling my "emotional" eating, like everyone else, stress is everyday. I am good on exercising, but want to focus more on my toning. I also do not eat as much as I need to. The day can be about over and I realize I haven't ate since 6am. If I can make the time to eat, I will do much better. I realize not eating enough is just as bad as eating to much. Realistically, 20 pounds is what I want to lose, but I am taking baby steps.
