Wowzers!!! I'm finding difficult to eat enough!!!

First time in my life that I've had such a problem! I'm not complaining, oh no not all. It's just so strange to not be hungry ALL the time! The biggest change that I've made is that I'm eating much more protein than usual, have cut carbs somewhat though not completely and given up junk food, sweets and chocolate. That last was HARD for the first couple of days but I seem to be cruising now! Woo hoo! Just wanted to share my joy with you lot out there in cyber space. I've been at less than a week but really know this time that I can keep going because I'm not hungry!
