So it seems that it's not only me going over my sugar allowance on a daily basis which is nice to know
BUT
are the sugars that i am eating harmful? my sugar intake generally comes from the cereal i have in the morning (usually something like fruit and fibre or some sort of wheat cereal), the low fat yoghurt i'll have in the day time and whatever fruit i tend to eat.
I have an issue with losing my stomach fat at the moment and i have been advised to cut down on sugar; i don't eat cakes, sweets, chocolate etc so does this mean i will also need to cut out the cereal, fruit and yoghurt?
i'm a bit confused!

If you're trying to reduce sugars then all sugars are sugars and you can reduce whichever you want, or all of them. Sweetened yoghurt has sugar in you don't need to have, sweetened cereals ditto.0
