If your doctor approves, make sure you're doing some upper body workouts, such as boxing moves and weights. Also, make sure you readjust your calories on MFP to accommodate for the decrease in exercising. Good luck!!0

I had some extensive foot surgery two years ago, in a cast for 9 weeks. I bought some chair aerobics tapes and had fun with those. Of course, as was mentioned, check with your doctor first.0

Hi,
I am going throught the same thing right now. I broke some bones in July and getting a second surgery next week. I was not even able to bear weight for three months. I worked on building my upper body strength and did chair exercises. Your doctor can probably recommend some exercises for you. You should definately focus on getting better. I hope all goes well!0
