macro question

I am wondering what the best % is for protien & carbs for me. I am new to running & plan to s?art strength training as well.

I plan to run about 3 miles 3 days a week & strength train 3 days a week with one day off of everything.

Is it still ok to eat @ TDEE-15% doing this?

    While there is no "best"ratio for everyone, I'd recommend starting with a 40/40/20 Carbs/Protein/Fat ratio and adjust it over time to suit your needs.

    Is there a way to change the default ratio's on MFP?? Thanks!

    Under "My Home", select "Goals", click on "Change Goals", select "Custom" and from there you can change the percentages for the different macros.
