Hungrier. Sooner.

This might a stupid question and there's only one way to find out. Lately I have been having the same breakfast I always do, roughly the same weight of cereal everyday. I move between Shreddies and Special K pretty much. I have found over the past couple of days that I am feeling hungrier sooner, as in, where I might have been getting a bit hungry around noon or so over the past couple of weeks, I now notice myself getting a bit hungry around half 11ish or so.

Is this something to do with metabolism? And if not...then what the hell is it to do with?!

Has anything else changed? Like what time you get up, or how hard you're working out? Or the time of your dinner the night before?

It could be. If you've added workouts (lifting or cardio, or preferably BOTH) to your regimen, your body is simply burning more calories.

Personally, I think breakfast cereals are a terrible idea. Almost all carbs, almost no sustaining and filling proteins. An egg and a solid serving of oatmeal will give you about the same number of calories, all in proteins and rich sustaining complex carbohydrates, with a lot less sugar.

Yeah I've been doing cardio workouts every day in some shape or form for the past month or so if I can. I'm in the unfortunate position of despising the taste of oatmeal otherwise I would happily take up your suggestion. Eggs are delicious though so I may look into adding those into breakfast.

Time of dinner stays basically the same every night give or take a half hour or so.
