Official MFP starting weight was 250 lbs. But... That was the max on my home scale. As per the Doctors office, my weight was 272lbs.
Current weight - roughly 190lbs - been bouncing up and down 2 - 3 lbs since the spring.
Target weight: Would love to hit and maintain 185lbs. But not stressing about it as pretty much all of my other measurements are great! ie My waist went from 46 - 48" to 32 - 34"0 -
