INSANITY..does it work

I just started using insanity yesterday with day 1 fit test.. I am looking to loose 50lbs and the gym and my new food plan isnt getting me the results i want.. so my question is does insanity really work the way they say it does?? i want to loose the weight and tone up.. im not to small of a girl and i know one round isnt gonna make me look like a model but i wanna make sure i will shed some pounds and i will be able to notice a difference in myself..

    it does work, depends on what sort of results you want. I am leaner as a result and dropped a dress size although the scale was only down 1-2lbs. However, i prefer losing the dress size! Most people have lost loads on it. I would say take measurements! it will help when the scales dont co-operate. good luck
