Workout plan help

I focused on food for the last week just to see how my body would respond and quickly realized I am changing everything today. I have avoided working out until today because I wanted to gauge my weight without workout. I have high rep low weight exercises, high weight low rep exercises, running plans and other options if anyone needs help putting together a plan to get going.

It is odd getting back into this mode but it is 6 years past due to crank it back up. Let me know if you are stuck in any area. I used to personal train as well as seriously train. Happy to give advice or assistance and get some thumbs up as well.
