Regaining healthy self

I reached goal weight and lost 110 pounds last year. I weighed 130 on Christmas day 2008. I regained 35 pounds over 2009 mainly from health issues. I have struggled with depression and this year added gastric disorders. I started to get balance in October and am down to 154 from 165. I am now walking again daily for six miles and need to keep calorie count because I have hovered around my current weight for the last six weeks. I like the fitness aspect of this site and hope to be back to healthy self in the coming year. :smile:
