Need meal suggestions..

Im starting a new job on monday, the hours are 12-9pm. I get up at 7 am every morning and get my two young kids off to school, after dropping off im home by 8;30. i usually eat breakfast then. gym for an hour or so after. usually lunch is at 1ish although withthe job it probably wont be. With n12-9 hrs im thinking ill get a 15 at 2:30 and and hour at 4pm and another 15 at 6:30ish. I NEED a meal plan or advice, never worked these hours before.

    Fruit.
    Two slices of bread.
    Lots of water. Propel or Vitamin Water Zero preferred.
    Rice and veggies. Easy to just heat up (;
  • i like to take tins of tuna with me to work to put on top of my cruskits. pop some popcorn in a brown paper bag in the microwave at home to take. 2 cups is 65cals. no salt or butter. take salads you make at home. stirfry made with glass noodles or brown rice veg chicken a dash of salt reduced soy sauce or low salt syirfry sauce but watch the sugar in the sauces.
    reallly just take what ever you would eat during the day.........

    What do you like to eat? You haven't really given much info for us to give you a meal plan.
