Hello all! I just read an article about the benefits of Yoga for runners. I've done yoga in the past and am interested in picking it back up. Does anyone have a recommendation for a good Yoga DVD?

    I"m a fan of anything Gaiam puts out with Rodney Yee. He has several that are targeted to beginners.
