Workout/Fitness Pals: Which is better- 1) Regular and Consistent work outs where the only time is very early AM but the body is in low gear, or 2) Shoot for "whenever" running the risk of procrastination and/or distraction but the work out is full-out. ???

    Whichever you will actually do, consistently, for the long term.
  • The one that you will do. For me it's the first one. If I don't do it straight out of bed, it will not happen!
