Any entrepreneurs out there?

I know this isn’t weight loss related, but I think some of you may have some great advice regarding this…

I am thinking about starting a small business within the next year and a half. The focus will be almost 100% customer service based—which means in order to get off the ground I need to get a few “base clients” and to begin networking.

Does anyone have any advice for a first time business owner? Specifically-how to network efficiently and what you find to be the most effective marketing strategies to lure in potential customers.

Thanks for your advice and ideas!

:drinker: Cheers!

What are you selling and who to? For me it's always been about the focus of the business, the kind of service being provided and how to get this into people's interest.

Drop me a mail if you want to let me know more about what you are doing and who for.
  • I agree. It's a little difficult without knowing more. I totally understand why you would want to be vague but it makes it difficult. Is it B2B or B2C? Have you read "The Millionaire Fastlane" by MJ DeMarco? I HIGHLY reccomend it. Best book I have ever read. I'm not sure that it will answer the questions you are posing here but it definitely gets the entrepreneurial juices flowing.
