I use Jason with Ester-C. They reformulated it several months ago and it doesn't work as well for me, but still OK. I can buy it at Krogers in the health food section, or at Whole Foods, and it's reasonably priced.

    coconut oil.

ageed, virgin coconut oil. I have acne prone skin and this does not clog my pores. I use it on my face. Its great. And good for you to eat too.

I should say that I have problems with acne as well, had to see a specialist and use antibiotics and differen for six months to get it cleared up last time. This time it was getting really bad, and I was upset I was going to have to go back on antibiotics etc. again to get rid of it. I had been putting off using coconut oil for a while, waiting for my skin to clear up first because I didn't want to put oil on oily skin. But it was getting really bad, so I bit the bullet and crossed my fingers that the antibacterial properties of the coconut oil would help my acne, and started using it. Putting coconut oil on my pimply, crusty, scabby face felt so good, and it started to clear up within a few days.

Am I pimple free? No, especially not the week before my period, but the rest of the time, my face is pretty clear, and the skin is very soft and smooth.
