Help me create tonight's workout!

Hi all!

I had planned on going to pilates tonight but my husband won't be home from the doctor in time to watch the kids...so I need a new plan.


Help me put something together!

Rules:

1. I must be able to do it at home. I have a few dumbells and one small barbell.
2. I want to burn at least 300 cals in 45 minutes or less. I'll be using a HRM to track.
3. Should not be leg focused (although some leg work is ok). I ran yesterday and did killer leg-based circuit training on Sunday.

Thanks for the help. I typically go to class so I don't have to think for myself!
