Gluten Free newbie

Hi, I just signed up yesterday so adjusting to the documenting of food. I have struggled with weight lose for the past 10-12 years (I'm 43) after being unbelievably skinny most of my life. I have recently found out I am gluten intolerant as well as intolerant of night shade veggies (tomatoes, potatoes, peppers, paprika). This may be the reason I have been unable to lose weight over the past decade: fluid retention, sore joints, upset tummy. Hoping for some suggestion from the other gluten free people out there. I'm still learning and the no nightshades makes it difficult. I miss tomatoes
My goal is to lost 30lbs but more importantly than the numbers I hope to get back in shape to help lower my blood pressure.
