Kung Fu

I started a college Kung Fu class, and my teacher gave us a book with the poses, stretches, and punches in it.
He recommended doing them outside class, "even if you just hold the poses! Every morning, so you drink tea, brush your teeth, and do Kung Fu as a part of your daily routine."
So I have been holding Kung Fu poses (crane, horse, ect.) for 20 minutes each morning. Sometimes I throw in an "arm circle with po slap" or a few punch moves to feel awesome. My legs are so sore! This is going to help with toning as well as balance, and in MY opinion it is way better than the 30 day shed.
Just thought I'd let you guys know.
