    So this may not be news to everyone, but http:www.skinnytaste.com is an awesome site with fantastic healthy recipes. My personal favorite is the Turkey Stuffed Zucchini. Super simple and delicious - my boyfriend was convinced her didn't like zucchini until he tried this and now he asks for it specifically: http://www.skinnytaste.com/2009/01/turkey-stuffed-zucchini-4-pts.html

      One of my very favorite recipe sites! I made the Italian Wedding Soup over the weekend. It was wonderful, I almost cried when i realized I had forgotten to bring the leftovers for lunch today!!!
