Breakfast on the go?

What do you have for breakfast if you lead a hectic lifestyle?
I tend to have Belvita Breakfast Biscuits - 224 calories in 4 biscuits and the slow released carbohydrates make sure I don't feel hungry for ages!
Generally I have found having anything for breakfast makes me feel better than skipping it, just wondering if there's any creative yet quick ideas.

  • I've not tried the biscuits.

    I toast 2 whole grain waffles (blueberry) and a banana or other fruit. I don't eat syrup so I wrap these boys in a napkin and eat them in the car on the way to work.

    Breakfast burritos... preped on Sunday night and popped in the microwave as a grab n go meal.

    Trail mix bars...

    Tofurky sandwhich... PB & J ... PB & Banana... just plain PB... man the list goes on and on.
