after a nice workout at the gym my roommate and i feel like eating alfredo but we feel like doing it the healthy way... so instead of having raviolli with alfredo sauce and a breadstick which would equal 620 calories for one serving does whole grain spaghetti noodles with alfredo sauce mixed vegetables and a breadstick sound instead it would equal 445 calories instead. i know its a significant difference in calories but does sound like it would taste good together? the spaghetti noodles with alfredo sauce and mixed vegetables all together?

I love adding vegies to my pasta.... you can get a bigger serving size for less calories and far more nutritious.0

I have heard that red sauce is much better for you, but I still like alfredo occasionally. I put broccoli and carrots or peas and carrots or just bell peppers in my alfredo and I always use whole wheat pasta. So yeah, I think it sounds like it will taste good. And for alfredo that isn't that high in calories. Good job!0
