How do I log this exercise?

I'm new to this website, and, sadly, to exercising.

How do I log this:

5 minutes jogging in place.
20 body weight squats
10 push ups
20 walking lunges
10 dumbbell rows (Using 3 lb weight)
15 second plank
30 Jumping Jacks

Help on this would be appreciated, as I intend to do this particular exercise set often.
Thank you in advance.

That would come under circuit training; total how long it took you to do all of it.

You could possibly log it as General Circuit Training. However, you should probably consider investing in a HRM.

A heart rate monitor would be best, but I would log this as ciruit training. Good luck with everything, well doe for getting on the boat!

This will vary widely depending on your body weight, how quickly the movements are performed, your jogging speed, your jumping jack speed, etc. For an accurate measurement you'll need to get a HRM.

For me, I would estimate that this would burn about 50 calories.
  • Thank you, guys. :) I've lost two pounds already, just from eating better. I love this site, and the app as well.
  • Log it as circuit training, or if you want exact cals, wear a heart rate monitor whilst working out then go on 'create an exercise' give it a name and put the kcals in! :) good luck!!
