I want smaller boobs!

My chest is 36D-DD, and I hate it! I was a 32 G ten years ago. I had a breast reduction but those suckers grew back as I got fatter. Will I loose boobage, to, as I loose weight? Because I really hate having all this weight up here. I have arthritis in my ribs so I can't wear underwire bras- and I really am looking forward to those cute little bras in B cups I keep seeing. Am I just wishful thinking?

Most of my friend's who lost weight all lost it in their boobs first. I was the odd girl out as I went up a cup size and down two band sizes. However, I am also on birth-control, so that may have been my problem. I was an A to start with, so I'm happy how it turned out.0

All depends on genes I've noticed. Mine have gone up a cup size since my life style change. D to a DD0

i lost underboob but not so much regular boob. i was a 36dd and now i'm a 32ddd/34dd depending on the bra. those b cup bras come in so many cute styles though0

I want smaller boobs too! I've lost over 30lbs and my bra size hasnt budged. I'm carrying around 36JJ. It's insane! I guess it's all part of genetics
If I may ask - how painful was your reduction? Did you like the results? My doc has suggested recommending me for one .0 -
I have always been top heavy no matter my weight. I was a C at 13 and an 32E at 21. As I gained weight I was probably a 34E/F at my biggest. I'm now a 34DD (smaller DD) and that's after 15lbs lost. I can say they sag more which sucks!! I have always had perky boobs. So I haven't lose much in my boobage area but the little I have lost makes them look more deflated. I joke with my SO that i almost want to gain the weight back! lol0

Speaking from a guys perspective. ARE YOU CRAZY??? lol. Just kiddin of course, my wife is a 38 G and has back isues. As much as I love big boobs i would rather her be comfortable.0

I know my boobs got bigger as I gained weight, so I'm hoping they will get smaller when I loose weight. One of the indicators to me that I really needed to take a hard look at myself was when I stopped being able to buy bras in a normal store and had to seek out a special store for large breasted women.
One of my planned rewards for myself is some pretty bras if I can get back to a "normal" cup size. FWIW my husband is happy with them as they are, so someone will be happy no matter what happens0 -
Honestly I'd prefer mine wouldn't shrink but they did.
With 8kg (around 18lbs) lost I got from E/F cup to D/DD depending on the bra, and I can even quite comfortably 'squeeze' myself into C cup when exercising. I lost in 'underboob' too, but that doesn't bother me at all. They don't look as well as they used to, now I just hope that with time they will 'pick themselves up' a bit
Scared to think what will happen when I get to my goal weight...0 -
When I gained weight, a lot went into my breasts. But I've lost 92 pounds and my boobs are still HUGE! I hate them. Hoping they will eventually get smaller....but with only 6 or so pounds left to lose, I don't see that happening. Yuck.0

I don't know about anyone else here but as I lose weight my boobs keep getting smaller which for me is bad as I really don't have much to lose in the boobage area. At this rate I will be a A cup when I am all done.. So you should be thankful you want smaller ones and I told my hubby if I make it to my goal I want a enhancement done on my boobs and a tummy tuck.0

more then likely they will shrink as you lose weight0

Mine have shrunk so much for losing weight! I have told hubby that once I get to target weight he better start saving because 12 month later as my "keeping weight off a year" present I will be wanting a boob job lol.0

I want smaller boobs too! I'm tired of 36DD/DDD. Such an impossible size to find anywhere! I've been down to 150 lbs, and gotten down to a 34DD (still impossible to find) or 36D. I fear I'm destined to be getting a reduction done in the future. I've always been busty, even before I gained all my weight. While all my friends were using training bras, I was already moving into a B-cup. Genetics, gotta love 'em. Bleh.
Edit - I wanted to add, I hear coffee drinkers have a smaller bust than non-coffee drinkers. So I started drinking coffee! LOL. No help, but I think it was worth the try as I'm more awake all day! LOL!0 -
I can sympathise! I was a 34D when I was 12. TWELVE!0

If anyone wants to share.. send some this way! (size 34B:sad: )0
