Has anyone tried pingfit?

A mum at school recommended it to me, I've just signed up and took a look around - basically, it gives you a random exercise to do every 20 mins, which you can either do or skip. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to do a calorie tot up, which would be handy for adding in here.
Would be good to hear from people who have already used it. (I'm on there with same username as here, if anyone wants to say hi)
