    I wanna lose 15 lb by Christmas! That means 1lb a week! :)

    At the mo im at the higher end of a healthy weight for my height according to the BMI chart... I exercise frequently at the gym & also do Zumba... Really need to tone my tum up though just don't know where to start for that lol... Any tips greatly appreciated.. Feel free to add me also... I'm from the UK

    Weight has been coming off REALLY slow lately, so could always use more motivation! :drinker:

    I had gotten down to 143 but haven't weighed myself recently because I completely fell off track the last few weeks... Def need some motovation!

    My goal weights are 140... and if I can get there I want to push for 135 :-)

    I have a lot of digestive issues so I can't really control what I can eat (needs to be low fiber, low fat, mostly liquids) but I would appreciate any suggestions with changing up my exercise routine (I get in a workout rut easily)

    I am 5'7", but I am 56 years old and at my age, my goal weight is 160. So age makes a difference in what goals are going to be. In the meantime:

    GW: 180 initially, after that......who knows? I've lost 11lbs since July 23 (and my goal was the first 10lbs by October and then the 2nd 10lbs by Christmas, so my progress has been much faster than I expected).

    i am going on a biggg holiday at the end of november so i want to lose as muchhhhh as i possibly can!
    i started the 30 day shred today, and aim to eat healthy / stick to 1200cal/day plus some form of other exercise.

    would loveee support from other people so i can lose as much as possible :)
